This looks very new, fresh and clean. Very warm welcome by professional staff. Location right in the center which is very convenient. Got an upgrade and stayed in a nice and spacious room. Bar staff is not very sharp. Sat there for 15 minutes without being served. So I left for my room. Overall good value for money.

Perfectly located in Troyes by the river and just a few minutes walk in to the centre. The hotel welcomed us as we drove through the entrance and were friendly and helpful with bags and a guide of the hotel. Valet will park your car. Check in was seamless, decor and ambiance of the reception upmarket and modern, rooms were spacious and to a high standard. All staff were attentive and it was important to them to get everything perfect - which was nice. We enjoyed the pool and spa too.

Great location and lovely building. Didn’t get off to a great start, firstly was expecting valet to meet in car park or assist with luggage but they waited until we came in the building but I guess we could of asked for help. We had booked a terrace room, unfortunately there was a really bad smell in the room, like it had just been painted or had chemicals used to clean. My wife spoke to reception a couple of times to get it resolved, eventually she was told it didn’t smell and to open the window/terrace doors. Unfortunately that terrace was actually straight onto the car park. Eventually they did move our room, we were not bothered about a terrace or a bigger room just one that didn’t smell. We were found an alternative which was great. Breakfast was ok but nothing to get excited about. We are in the restaurant one evening, the food was delicious although a little small. Outdoor space was great and bar staff super helpful. Room was clean and very nice. Overall great hotel.

Exceptional service with a smile! We came here on Bastille eve, and so found out on our way that the roads would be closed in front of the hotel, having had a call from the concierge, but snuck in before they did, where Sebastian was waiting to take our keys for the valet parking, Eva on reception greeted us with a warm smile after a very long drive from the South. The room was a basic Comfort room but had a huge (2 x twins zipped together) bed, immaculate sheets, immaculate room and lovely carpets. Walk in shower was lovely. We had a couple of drinks at the bar also very nice. Not over pricey for the 5 star status.

Before we arrived reception had emailed offering advice and information regarding our stay and arrangements for valet parking. Parked easily in courtyard and was greeting by the concierge who confirmed our room would be ready at 3pm but we could leave our luggage and staff would park our car. Given recommendations for lunch and did not try to sell their bar area. Once in the room all amenities were of a high standard and a very comfortable room. All staff were exceptionally helpful especially the concierge who loaded our luggage into the car on departure. We only had one drink in the bar and stayed on a room only basis in order to experience Troyes which is a beautiful medieval city and the hotel is located right in the centre within easy walking distance of all the sites. For location, service and quality I would highly recommend this hotel.
